Once start any business some are those who are like the nature of your business and contact to you at any mean by interest those team/s are ” prospects” from which sales can be generated sooner future.
Spending some time and give effort on following up existing prospects and attracting new prospects is very important to generate new sales.

How do you handle these leads or prospect to get profit. that is the important thing. There are only two ways in my experience to do the follow up that is “which I use normally”
1. online technique
2. offline technique

1.Online Technique:

Email follow up – Once you have confirm prospect, follow up by email. Make letters, articles, newsletters or your email that you all make it offline in world or so … reason there will be no mistake and you need not to hurry to send , make it more attractive, no any spelling mistakes, killer words so that prospect turn and make more interest towards you and may generate sales with this..

-Give then remainder email timely whenever necessary before few days of deadline is worthy to give them.
-Monthly basis or two, follow up regularly by email- do not make your information too long, short can work more.

2. Offline Technique
-Business of mouth: Tell your business to your leads by face to face. It is the best and more powerful way.
– Post Cards and mailing letters: send cards or letters to you leads with brief introduction and brief information.

-Seminars if, possible- that some times good once you have best experiences.
